I Believe.Growing up, being asked what you believe,
not knowing what to say.

Getting older, not believing in anything,
fear of being asked what you believe.

Not agreeing with what your parents believe,
hiding it from them.

Maybe I would be happier,
if I was raised to believe.

Maybe I'd be more social,
if I was raised to believe.

Maybe I'd be naive,
if I was raised to believe.

....

Refusing to follow the crowd of believers,
that don't know why they believe.

The crowd that believes,
only by what they were raised to believe.

Past beliefs.....daily human sacrifice,
crowds can't fathom it today.

But its all equally nonsense to me.
For I

Judgemental

Walking down the sidewalk you near a man,
wrinkles below his eyes, and veins on the back of his hands.

Hunched posture and short, frilled strides.
Holding his defenseless arms up by his sides.

Make eye contact and smile,
continue walking awhile.

Step after step, no destination.
Time after time, no duration.

As you walk, you near a man again,
black sweatshirt, pocket has his hand.

Fearless frown, not willing to move his line of sight.
Head slightly tilted back, with lips held tight.

As he gets close, you look away inattentively.
Yet, your peripheral attaches uncontrollably.

And, he passes; harmlessly. And you slowly stop,

Pfff, wow, now isn't that something?

I love the colors of that sky.
The way the top of it looks, the deep brown of it [first time I've seen what appears to be brown in the sky xD] reminds me of root beer [though I've only tried that drink once]
I love how it's the same sky that sinks off into the orange-yellow. The clouds look so beautiful lighting up the way they are and you really caught this picture at the perfect moment.
I love how the sun looks over the side again and its dark silhouette is wonderful.

Thanks for all the insight. I live close-ish to the east coast, so I never see any sunsets like this. I think people live near sunsets like these their whole life and think nothing of it, but when I saw it it just blows you away and I had to take pictures

I believe this was out of a car window, just like most of my photographs haha.

not really near massachusetts, not sure where that even is lol, must be deascently far away.

Ya I went on vacation to arizona, thats why I had to take all my pictures out the car window....we drove all the way there. Didnt have time to stop lol.
